YOUR TASKS

  • Konzeptionierung und Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung zoll- und exportkontrollrechtlicher Prozesse sowie Leitung von (IT-) Projekten unter Einhaltung der rechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Identifikation und Klärung von zoll- und exportkontrollrechtlichen Abweichungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft / Anwendung von SAP/GTS
  • Durchsetzung und kontinuierliche Anpassung des unternehmensinternen Internal Compliance Program (ICP) bzw. Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
  • Definition zoll- und exportkontrollrechtlicher Anforderungen unter Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
  • Prozessanalyse und -optimierung zur Effizienzsteigerung, sowie Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Ermittlung weiteren Verbesserungspotenzials 
  • Bereichsübergreifende Erarbeitung und proaktive Weiterentwicklung zoll- und exportkontrollrechtlicher Prozesse, sowie Konzeption, Implementierung und Überwachung diesbezüglicher Unternehmensrichtlinien
  • Koordination und Beratung der Fachabteilungen und Tochtergesellschaften der MTU-Gruppe in SAP/GTS spezifischen Fragestellungen
  • Konzeption und Durchführung regelmäßiger Schulungs- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen
     

YOUR PROFILE

  • Hochschulstudium im Fachgebiet Jura / Wirtschaft / Informationstechnologie bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen 
  • Erweitertes Fachwissen im Zoll- und Exportkontrollrecht
  • Operatives Prozessverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen, um notwendige IT-Anpassungen effizient und rechtskonform in Abstimmung mit anderen Fachabteilungen planen und realisieren zu können
  • Kenntnisse von SAP/S4, SAP/GTS, sowie ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
  • Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit, aufgaben- und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie und „das richtige Mindset“ für Foreign Trade (Compliance) sowie Verständnis für logistische Belange
