YOUR TASKS

  • Rüsten und Einrichten von CNC-Maschinen/-anlagen sowie Handarbeitsplätzen (Entgraten / Montieren)   
  • Steuern und Überwachen der Bearbeitungsabläufe der CNC-Anlagen 
  • Korrigieren der Einstelldaten bei Maßabweichungen   
  • Unterbrechen des Maschinenablaufs bei Störungen und Weitergabe der Störbeschreibung     
  • Wechseln von vorbereiteten Werkzeugen nach Vorgabe         
  • Prüfen der gefertigten Teile mit prozessüblichen Messmitteln auf Beschaffenheit, Maßhaltigkeit und Vollständigkeit sowie Dokumentation auf Werkstattebene   
  • Durchführung von manuellen Vor-/Nachbearbeitungstätigkeiten
  • Anwendung von Systemen, z.B. SAP, Guardus,Teamcenter 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf      
  • Fundierte CNC-Kenntnisse        
  • Beherrschung der Standardmessmittel sowie Erfahrung im Lesen von Zeichnungen    
  • Englische Sprachkenntnisse für das Lesen von Dokumenten/Zeichnungen
  • Schichtfähigkeit und - bereitschaft (Zwei-/Dreischichtmodell)
  • Gutes Sehvermögen
