  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Wucht- und Schleifverfahren für Triebwerksbauteile
  • Durchführung von Analysen zur Verbesserung der Prozessqualität und -effizienz
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Realisierung von Projekten
  • Spezifizierung von Werkzeugen und Maschinen und technische Betreuung des Einkaufsprozesses
  • Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Prozessstandards
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fachkenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wucht- und Schleifverfahren
  • Exzellentes analytisches Denkvermögen und methodisches Vorgehen zum Lösen komplexer technischer Sachverhalte
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Erfahrung in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations- sowie Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
