YOUR TASKS

  • Planung und Leitung von Technologie- und Industrialisierungsprojekten im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik u.a. in Zusammenarbeit mit Hochschulen und Forschungsinstituten
  • Zulassung und technische Unterstützung von internen und externen Zerspanprozessen
  • Erkennen von Verbesserungspotentialen im Bereich Zerspanung und Initiierung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Fachliche Beratung der internen Fertigung und der Supply Chain
  • Pflege der entsprechenden Normenwelt
  • Mitarbeit und Vertretung der Zerspanung in Teams des Operations Engineering
  • Unterstützung von Technologieentwicklungen entlang des Produktlebenszyklus
  • Planung und Durchführung von Versuchsreihen im Zerspanungstechnikum zur Unterstützung von Technologieprojekten und zur Lösung operativer Fragestellungen aus der Serienfertigung
  • Versuchsauswertung, Dokumentation, Präsentation

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fertigungstechnik, Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanungsprozess vorzugsweise im Bereich Triebwerkstechnik
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Spaß an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
