YOUR TASKS

  • Kommissionierung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln (FHMI) auftragsbezogen oder nach dem Kanbansystem sowie Dekommissionierung der abgearbeiteten Bedarfe
  • Disposition und Einleitung der Beschaffung von Hilfs- und Verbrauchsstoffen nach bedarfs- und verbrauchsorientierten Kriterien
  • Überwachung der Fehlteile und deren Nachlieferung bei Warenzugang
  • Lagerbereinigung durch Verschrottung von Überkapazitäten
  • Ein- und Auslagerung sowie Bestandsführung der FHMI
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der FHMI sowie Durchführung von Stichprobeninventuren
  • Kontrolle und Plausibilitätsprüfung der beschafften FHMI bezüglich Preis, Menge, Ausführung sowie Einleitung der Reklamationen bei Fehllieferungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von Prozessen, Systemen und Methoden im eigenen Aufgabengebiet
  • Beauftragung und Steuerungen von Instandsetzungen von FHMI

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Beschaffung
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kommissionierung, Disposition, Fehlteilemanagement, Bedarfserfassung, Beschaffung, Lagermanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld Fertigung
  • Affinität zu Technik 
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Schichtfähigkeit und -bereitschaft
