YOUR TASKS

  • Überprüfung der Importsendungen (Transportunterlagen, Dokumentationen)
  • Zuordnung der Importsendungen zu den verschiedenen Zollverkehren
  • Innerbetriebliche Erfassung der Sendungen in den internen EDV-Systemen
  • Fristgerechte Zollabfertigung der Importsendungen nach den gültigen Vorschriften
  • Klärung der täglichen Importabwicklung mit den jeweils verantwortlichen Kollegen:innen
  • Dokumentation und Ablage der Importsendungen
  • Erstellung der monatlichen Intra-Statistik
  • Einreihung von Materialien in den Zolltarif
  • Beantwortung von Rückfragen seitens des statistischen Bundesamtes und der lokalen Zollbehörden
  • Koordination / Überwachung der Import und Export Paket Sendungen
  • KPI und Performance Measurement Inbound/Outbound Transporte 
  • Erstellung von Logistik Analysen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an den wöchentlichen Inbound-Transport-Performance-Durchsprachen  
  • Organisation von Warenimporten inkl. Angebotseinholung sowie Unterstützung bei Kundenanfragen
  • Sonstige Arbeitsaufgaben: Durchführung von Aufgaben geringer oder anderweitiger Anforderung im Auftrag des Fachvorgesetzten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische mehrjährige Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung oder Weiterbildung
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Aufgaben- und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln
