Unterstützung bzw. Leitung von Technologie-/Entwicklungsprojekten aus dem Bereich Additive Fertigung L-PBF mit Schwerpunkt Prozessüberwachung.

YOUR TASKS

  • Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessüberwachungssystemen für die Additive Fertigung (Hardware und Software)
  • Erstellen von Verfahrensspezifikationen und Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Zulassung von Prozessüberwachungssystemen für Luftfahrtanwendungen
  • Planung, Durchführung und  Koordination der Verfahrensentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen (Lieferanten, Institute) Partnern
  • Projekt- / Budgetplanung sowie Budgetcontrolling
  • Abklärung der Patentsituation
  • Beauftragung und Koordination aller internen- und externen Stellen zur Leistung der Entwicklungsarbeit für das Projekt (z. B. Labors, Institute, Mess-/Prüftechnik, Erprobung, usw.)
  • Betreuung der Prozesseinführung nach Technologiereife
  • Vertretung der Projekte in internen- und externen Gremien auch im internationalen Umfeld

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abschluss Master/Diplom (Uni oder FH) in Maschinenbau / Verfahrenstechnik / Werkstofftechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung sowie Kenntnisse der triebwerksspezifischen Prozessketten im Fertigungsbereich wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Triebwerkstechnik
  • Gute Programmierkenntnisse (Python)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Werkstoff- und Fertigungstechnik (insbesondere additive Fertigungsverfahren)
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Arbeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie sicheres Auftreten auch im internationalen Umfeld
