IT Manager (all genders)

YOUR TASKS

  • Aligning IT strategy with the central standards including further development of the conceptual design and IT specifications for small locations, including creating and maintaining the location IT roadmap
  • Responsible for local operational IT planning process: coordinate projects; individual developments and digitalization topics 
  • IT project planning: suggest and coordinating and implementation of business requirements and global IT
  • Responsible for local software applications including coming up with specs, selecting, testing and deploying new software within projects
  • Managing and coordinating SAP projects including creating scalable interfaces and the usage of the latest available technology: Design, participate and execute internal SAP trainings.
  • Additionally, SAP user administration including definition of processes and workflows in alignment with global IT department and external support partners
  • Managing internal and external IT Audits

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar
  • Relevant working experience as IT Manager or similar professional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, mobility, storage systems and backup systems
  • Soft Skills, e.g.: intercultural competency; eloquent communication skills, diplomatic skills when dealing with customers; analytical mind; assertiveness; (outstanding) service orientation, high level of commitment; flexibility; ability to cope with pressure; outstanding openness to change and creativity; strategic and entrepreneurial competences
  • Very good and assured knowledge of the English language
