YOUR TASKS

  • Planung und Zulassung von Arbeitsfolgen unter Berücksichtigung bekannter Fertigungsverfahren und Zeitdaten   
  • Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Rationalisierung, Qualitätssicherung und -verbesserung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Verfahren
  • Aktive Steuerung der Produktionskosten entsprechend der vereinbarten Kostenziele
  • Abschätzung der Kosten von Fertigungshilfsmitteln und Beauftragung der Beschaffung
  • Werkstattbetreuung bezüglich aller planungsrelevanten Sachverhalte 
  • Abweichungsmanagement
  • Anregen/beauftragen konstruktiver Änderungen (z. B. Mitarbeit im IP3E Team) 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen/externen Kunden und Partnern

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder ähnlichen Fachrichtungen bzw. Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung  
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung und spanender Fertigungsverfahren
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Monitoring/Datenaufbereitung (z.B. Tableau)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD (vorzugsweise Unigraphics)  
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Konfliktlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit
