YOUR TASKS

  • Betreuung der als Firmenlizenz angebotenen Literaturquellen
  • Lizenz- / Vertragsmanagement für Fachliteratur inner-/außerbetrieblich
  • Sichtung und Auswertung relevanter Literaturquellen für alle Themen der Triebwerkstechnik
  • Kundenberatung, Schulungskonzeption und Informationsvermittlung
  • Durchführung von komplexen Auftragsrecherchen
  • Erfassung von Fachliteratur inkl. inhaltlicher Erschließung
  • Interne Wissensorganisation, Entwicklung und Dokumentation der Prozesse
  • Übernahme von Sonder- und Vertretungsaufgaben
     

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium Bibliotheks- oder Informationsmanagement 
  • Alternativ ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Abschluss mit Kenntnissen im Informationsmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im aktuellen Copyright, Erfahrung im Lizenzmanagement für Literaturquellen
  • Gute technische Fachkenntnisse, bevorzugt im Bereich Triebwerkstechnik
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Präzise Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Themen- und Aufgabengebiete
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, systemisches Denken
