YOUR TASKS

  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen der Röntgenprüfung (RT; DR; CT) an hochkomplexen Triebwerksteilen nach ZfP-Anweisung und geltenden Vorschriften mit automatisierten, teilautomatisierten und / oder manuellen Anlagen
  • Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse im CAQ System
  • Verifizieren  von Abweichungssachverhalten und Weiterleiten an die zuständigen Stellen 
  • Eigenverantwortliche Anlagenwartung nach bestehendem Wartungsplan
  • Durchführung von administrativen Tätigkeiten wie z.B. Auftragsabschluss, Archivierung, etc.
  • Durchführen von Sonderprüfungen
  • Selbstständiges auswerten von Röntgenbildern mittels Referenzkatalog (ASTME)
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von ZfP-Anweisungen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Beherrschung und sicherer Umgang mit Standardmessmitteln und Messgeräten
  • Gutes Verständnis von technischen Bauteilzeichnungen
  • Gutes Sehvermögen
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Grundkenntnisse in SAP und Guardus wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Bereich ZfP-Prüfung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit KVP-Methoden wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zum Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb (2-Schichtmodell)
