Der Bereich Repair umfasst programmübergreifend die Durchführung der Reinigung und Rissprüfung, des Befunds, der Einzelteilreparatur sowie der Reparaturentwicklung. Damit ist der Bereich für die Durchführung aller Tätigkeiten nach der Demontage bis zum Abschluss der Teilereparatur am Standort Berlin-Brandenburg verantwortlich.

YOUR TASKS

Sachgemäße Durchführung von zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen an Flugtriebwerken, Gasturbinen, deren Modulen sowie Einzelteilen:

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Prüfungen in den ZfP Verfahren
    • fluoreszierenden Eindringprüfung
    • Magnetstreuflussverfahren
    • Wirbelstrom- und Röntgenprüfung
  • Bewertung und Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen unter Berücksichtigung der anzuwendenden Regelwerke
  • Bedienung von technischen Prüfanlagen und -geräten
  • Einhaltung der Vorgaben in den Laufkarten und Arbeitsplänen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf mit fachbezogener Weiterbildung und entsprechenden Berufserfahrung in der ZfP
  • Mindestens Qualifikation gemäß ISO 9712, Qualifikation gemäß NAS410 und EN4179 wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in mindestens einem der genannten Prüfverfahren
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
