Unser Bereich On-Site Services (OSS) verantwortet als Teil des weltweiten MTU OSS-Netzwerks die Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen und Instandhaltungen von CFM56, CF34 und PW800 Triebwerken (Demontage, Montage) im Außendienst (weltweit, vornehmlich Europa) sowie auch am Standort Ludwigsfelde.

YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführen von Instandsetzung (Demontage / Montage  und Reparaturarbeiten) an unseren  zugelassenen Triebwerkstypen weltweit
  • Technische Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort
  • Eigenständige Vor- und Nachbereitung der Einsätze
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu technischen Sachverhalten
  • Bearbeitung von Triebwerken, Modulen und Einzelteilen am Standort Ludwigsfelde
  • Bearbeitung von Leihflugtriebwerken
  • Durchführung von Boroskop-Inspektionen am Triebwerk und Erstellung der dazugehörigen Berichten
  • Bearbeitung und Durchführung der notwendigen Instandsetzungsdokumentation
  • Eigenständige Organisation von Dienstreisen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker:in
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Instandsetzung und Reparatur von Flugtriebwerken
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Serviceorientiertes und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber den Kunden
  • Organisationstalent und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstark und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft
