YOUR TASKS

  • Schaffung eines strategischen Überblicks über Trends in Wirtschaft, Gesellschaft und Wissenschaft und Sicherstellung des Transfers in die strategische Organisationsentwicklung
  • Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte und Teams in Veränderungsprozessen
  • Operative Umsetzung von Veränderungsprozessen (End-to-End)
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und innovative Weiterentwicklung anwendbarer Change-Instrumente
  • Initiierung und Begleitung von Kulturveränderungsprozessen 
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Begleitung innovativer, agiler Arbeitsweisen
  • Moderation von Veranstaltungen, Workshops und/oder Teamentwicklungen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Pädagogik mit Schwerpunkt Erwachsenenbildung, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal 
  • Ausbildung in systemischer Organisationsentwicklung / Change, Coaching wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung und Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Gruppenmoderation und Einzelberatung unterschiedlicher Führungsebenen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie uns mit Ihren sehr guten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, Ihrer zielorientierten, proaktiven Arbeitsweise sowie Ihrem gewinnendem Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Hierachieebenen.
