YOUR TASKS

  • Strategische:r Berater:in und Partner:in für Fachbereiche und Führungskräfte
  • Umsetzung der aus der Unternehmensstrategie abgeleiteten HR-relevanten Maßnahmen
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter:innen in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Gestaltung von Kultur- und Strukturthemen
  • Identifikation und Begleitung von Change-Prozessen
  • Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für das gesamte operative HR Management der zu betreuenden Fachbereiche, insb.
    • Performance Management
    • Mitarbeiterbindung und Nachfolgeplanung
    • Vergütungsmanagement
    • Umsetzung individual- und kollektivrechtlicher Maßnahmen
    • begleitende administrative Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten
  • Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Betriebsrat

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines relevanten Studiums, z.B. Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Erfahrung und spezifische Kenntnisse in den genannten Aufgabengebieten
  • Kenntnisse der Tarifverträge der Metall- und Elektroindustrie wünschenswert
  • Verbindliches Auftreten und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Aktive Gestaltung der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Stakeholder
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Verbindlichkeit
  • Hohe Digitalisierungsaffinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen sowie idealerweise der englischen Sprache
