YOUR TASKS

Office Management:

  • Responsibility for admin processes, e.g. onboarding of new employees, provision of IT and office equipment
  • Handling of office supplies and managing relationships with service providers
  • Responsibility for the high standards of the office's appearance and ensuring that it is in good working order
  • Screening and responding to incoming correspondence
  • General organizational tasks

Personal Assistance to our Managing Director:

  • Responsibility for travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Receiving and hosting visitors and guests
  • Drafting letters and official information releases
  • Arranging and attending meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute team and customer events
  • Set-up of facilities and meeting requirements

Marketing:

  • Assisting in marketing activities
  • Supporting with the management of social media accounts 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in office management, preferably in an international environment
  • Ability to work independently, very structured and under time pressure
  • Well organized, flexible and proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong coordination skills as well as ability to think out-of-the box
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English fluently both written and spoken, Dutch or German is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
The contract is limited for six to nine months due to a temporary replacement situation; extension beyond the replacement period might be an option.
