YOUR TASKS

  • Rüsten und Einrichten von manuellen und maschinellen Arbeitsplätzen
  • Manuelles und maschinelles Bearbeiten von Triebwerksbauteilen
  • Einlegen und Spannen von Teilen in die vorgeschriebenen Vorrichtungen
  • Sicherstellung der Bauteilmaßhaltigkeit nach Vorgaben
  • Korrigieren der Einstelldaten bei Maßabweichungen
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Nacharbeiten in Abstimmung mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Wechseln von vorbereiteten Werkzeugen nach Vorgabe
  • Prüfen der gefertigten Teile mit prozessüblichen Messmitteln auf Beschaffenheit, Maßhaltigkeit und Vollständigkeit sowie Dokumentation der Messergebnisse

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Beherrschung der Standardmessmittel sowie Erfahrung im Lesen von Zeichnungen
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise (Qualitätssicherung der hergestellten Teile)
  • Gutes Sehvermögen
  • Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb (3-Schicht)
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit
