Die MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg betreut das größte Triebwerksportfolio im MTU Maintenance Netzwerk. Der Standort in Ludwigsfelde ist spezialisiert auf die Wartung, Reparatur und Überholung von Flugtriebwerken des niedrigen bis mittleren Schubbereichs. Darüber hinaus ist das Unternehmen das Kompetenzzentrum für die Instandhaltung von Industriegasturbinen.

Am Prüfstand laufen bei den finalen Abnahmeläufen alle Fäden zusammen. Die Triebwerkstests bieten ein spannendes, luftfahrtnahes Umfeld für kreative und flexible Köpfe.

YOUR TASKS

Test von Flugtriebwerken nach erfolgter Überholung, Reparatur oder sonstigen Anforderungen:

  • Vorbereitung der Triebwerke zum Test durch Einbau in die Testadapter sowie deren Installation in der Testzelle
  • Durchführung der Triebwerkstests nach entsprechenden Prüfvorschriften
  • Beurteilung von Abweichungen während der Testläufe
  • Troubleshooting gemäß Manual bzw. Engineering-Anweisung
  • An- und Abbau von Accessories
  • Abbau der Triebwerke
  • Dokumentation der Ergebnisse mit Unterschrift auf dem Testzertifikat
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung der entsprechenden Dokumentationsunterlagen
  • Durchführung Versandmontage und Begleitung der Endabnahme durch Prüfer:innen
  • Verpacken von Triebwerken nach dem Test
  • Überprüfung (Wartung/Pflege) der Prüfstandssysteme im Rahmen der betrieblichen Vorschriften
  • Teilnahme an Sonderprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Prüfstände und Testprozesse

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fluggerätemechaniker:in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Triebwerkstest oder vergleichbar wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtbereitschaft
