Im Rahmen unserer Wachstumsstrategie und Business Transformation werden wir die Funktion unseres strukturellen Organisationsmanagements stärken. Dies beinhaltet die Neugestaltung der neu zu etablierenden, weltweiten Governance Rolle sowie die Definition und Umsetzung von Organisationslogiken im Zuge der konzernweiten Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors.

YOUR TASKS

  • Steuerung und Koordination der unternehmensweiten Organisationsstruktur im SAP OM (Organisationsmanagement) sowie der Neuausrichtung im Rahmen des Projekts zur Einführung der neuen HR-Cloudlösung SAP SuccessFactors unter Berücksichtigung diverser IT-Schnittstellen
  • Teilprojektleitung für das Organisationsmanagement bei der Implementierung der HR-Cloudlösung SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
  • Gestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und globale Harmonisierung der Organisationsstrukturen durch Etablierung von Rahmenvorgaben
  • Ansprechpartner:in für das SAP OM (Organisationsmanagement) bzw. SAP SuccessFactors, die Weiterentwicklung der Systeme, deren Anwendung und Optimierung der Prozesse sowie Beurteilung von Änderungen auf das Organisationsmanagement
  • Support und Beratung der lokalen Standortverantwortlichen unserer (Auslands-) Niederlassungen als Expert:in für das MTU Organisationsmanagement 
  • Teilprojektleitung und Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projekten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Expertenwissen im Modul Employee Central der HR-Cloudlösung SAP SuccessFactors aufgrund mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP OM (Organisationsmanagement)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf den Aufbau von Organisationen, deren Strukturen und Berichtslinien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und Power Point)
  • Selbständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Proaktive Herangehensweise bei der Zusammenarbeit zu team- und standortübergreifenden Themen und Projekten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Diese Stelle kann hybrid, also im Wechsel zwischen der Arbeit vor Ort im Büro und mobilem Arbeiten (in Deutschland) ausgeübt werden.
