Als Technologie Programm Manager:in im militärischen Leitprojekt NEFE sind Sie federführend verantwortlich für die Koordination, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Technologie-Projekten im Engineering- und IP4E-Umfeld. Sie arbeiten im Technologie-Programm Verdichter an der operativen Umsetzung der NEFE Technologie-Projekte.

YOUR TASKS

  • Koordination, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Technologie-Projekten im Engineering- und IP4E-Umfeld, insbesondere im NEFE HPC Modul- und Bauteilteams
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von technischen Projektmeetings für höhere Ebenen und Gremien
  • NEFE Ansprechpartner:in im Technologie-Programm Verdichter
  • Betreuung und Abstimmung der Technologie-Bedarfe mit dem Leiter Entwicklung NEFE Module und Leiter HPC Modulteam
  • Abstimmung mit externen Hochschulpartnern, insbesondere CoC Verdichter – IST, RWTH Aachen und CoC Bauweisen – LTF TU München
  • Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Spezifizierung von Technologie-Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung einer zielgerechten Bearbeitung der Technologie-Projekte unter Einhaltung von Zeit, Umfang und Kosten
  • Sicherstellung des Know-How-Schutzes in den Technologie-Projekten
  • Mitwirkung und Durchführung der operativen Planung für NEFE Technologie-Projekte

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium (Uni) in Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der thermischen Turbomaschinen, insbesondere Verdichter
  • Projektmanagementerfahrung in komplexen Projektumgebungen mit Technologie-Bezug
  • Routiniertes, führendes Arbeiten in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Steuerung der Technologie-Aufgaben
  • Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und gutes Konfliktmanagement
  • Eigenverantwortliches, selbstständiges und nachhaltiges Arbeiten sowie professionelle Organisations-und Präsentationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
