YOUR TASKS

  • Weiterentwicklung der Konzern- und Geschäftsfeldstrategien
  • Eigenständige Leitung und Bearbeitung von Strategieprojekten/ Projektmodulen
  • Beschaffung und Analyse von Sekundärinformationen sowie Konzeption und Durchführung von Primärerhebungen und -analysen           
  • Ableitung und Bewertung von strategischen Herausforderungen, Zielen, Optionen und Handlungsempfehlungen 
  • Identifikation von disruptiven Chancen und Risiken und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle
  • Unterstützung der MTU in der nachhaltigen Geschäftsentwicklung/ ESG-Strategie
  • Unterstützung des strategischen Planungsprozesses
  • Analyse und Bewertung der langfristigen Kennzahlen auf Gruppen- und Geschäftsfeldebene  

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und Begeisterung für technisch/ wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge         
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Strategie-/ Unternehmensberatung 
  • Praktische Erfahrung im ganzheitlichen Projektmanagement inkl. agiler Methoden
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken     
  • Interkulturelle Erfahrungen     
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil           
  • Klare und effiziente Argumentationsweise, sehr guter Berichts-/ Präsentationsstil
  • Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie uns durch Ihre ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und hohe Eigeninitiative
