  • Überprüfung der Versanddokumente nach Kunden-, LBA-, FAA-Forderungen und Materialstammdaten
  • Zertifikate in SAP dem Lieferschein zuordnen
  • Überprüfung aller geforderten Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit und fachlicher Richtigkeit vor Versand
  • Sicherstellen der lückenlosen und fehlerfreien elektronischen Archivierung der Dokumente im Rahmen der Versandabwicklung
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Markt, Qualitätslenkung und Ausgangslogistik bei Unstimmigkeiten in Versanddokumenten und DV-Systemen
  • Erstellen des SDS-Labels im P&W DV- System sowie MCL-Test-Report
  • Schnittstellenfunktion in der Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätslenkung, QS-Zulieferqualität und Einkauf, Markt und Kunden
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden bei Änderungswünschen an Verpackungen und Versanddaten
  • Einleiten und Umsetzen von Abstellmaßnahmen bei Kundenreklamationen
  • Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei vom Kunden durchgeführten Audits

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen
  • Idealerweise Zulassung "Abnahmeberechtigtes Personal"
  • Kenntnisse von Materialspezifikationen im Triebwerksbau
  • Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
  • Teamfähigkeit, Schichtfähigkeit
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie hohe Prozessorientierung
  • Selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke
