YOUR TASKS

Als Projektmanager:in bei der MTU Maintenance sind Sie verantwortlich für die Koordination, Steuerung, Überwachung, Budgetierung und Kapazitätsplanung von standortbezogenen sowie standortübergreifenden Projekten zum Beispiel im Bereich Fertigungsstrategie, Werksentwicklung, Produktionsplanung / -steuerung und Produktionseffizienz.

  • Projektsteuerung: Budgetierung, Ressourcenermittlung, Ableitung in Aufgabenpakete sowie Steuerung der Paketziele
  • Führung des Projektteams u.a. Bedarfsermittlung, fachliche Leitung und Koordination, kontinuierliche Abstimmung und Bericht des aktuellen Projektstatus mit Auftraggeber:innen und Projektmitgliedern
  • Verfolgen der Kostenentwicklung mit Unterstützung des Controllings
  • Durchführung des Risikomanagements mit rechtzeitiger Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Koordination und enge Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellen eines projektbegleitenden Kommunikationskonzeptes
  • Prozessoptimierung durch Anwendung von Projektmanagementmethoden sowie Ansätze von KVP, Lean Management und Vermarktung des Projektinhaltes und Projekterfolges

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Masterabschluss/Diplom
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement vorzugsweise in der Unternehmensberatung, der Aviation Industrie oder Automotive
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Anwendungserfahrung von Projektmanagementtools
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
  • Kenntnisse in Kaizen, KVP, Lean Management, Design Thinking, Scrum, Green oder Black Belt wünschenswert

Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie uns durch Ihre ausgeprägte strategische Orientierung, Ihren Veränderungswillen, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Durchsetzungsstärke. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
