YOUR TASKS

  • Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der zentralen Authentifizierungssysteme der MTU-Gruppe für Multifaktor-Authentifizierung, Single-Sign-On und Privileged Access
  • Gestaltung und Optimierung der internen Betriebsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung von MTU-internen Standards, Regelwerken und IT-Security-Vorgaben
  • Leitung von (Teil-) Projekten
  • Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und Projektpartnern
  • Releaseplanung, Change- und Test-Management
  • Optimierung und Automatisierung der Systemlandschaft
  • Implementierung und Monitoring von KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Authentifizierungssysteme

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von komplexen IT-Architekturen
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich gängiger Authentifizierungsstandards und -methoden wie Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, FIDO2, WebAuthn, OpenID Connect
  • Kenntnisse des Software Stacks von Ping Identity wünschenswert
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit einem gängigen PAM-System wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Scripting und Programmierung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen in der IT-Projektleitung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
