YOUR TASKS

  • Weiterentwicklung eingesetzter Software-/ Technologie für unsere Produktionsverfahren
  • Integration von Optimierungen in bestehende Postprozessor Software
  • Betreuung und funktionale Absicherung der Postprozessor Software für den Einsatz auf verschiedenen Produktionsanlagen im Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Dokumentation entwickelter Software bzw. optimieren von Software einschließlich Aufzeigen des Mehrwerts von Implementierungen für das Unternehmen
  • Implementierung von CAD/CAM-Standards und Weiterentwicklung eingesetzter Simulationsverfahren
  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung im Bereich erstellter und eingesetzter Software (Robotic Process Automation – RPA)

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium oder Promotion der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau bzw. vergleichbarer Hintergrund
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in mechanischen Fertigungsverfahren (Schleifen, Bohren, Fräsen)
  • Grundkenntnisse in thermischen Verfahren (Laserbearbeitung, Erodieren) und dazugehöriger Produktionssysteme sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Sinumerik 840D sl sind von Vorteil
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse der objektorientierten Programmierung in C++ oder verwandter Sprachen
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in linearer Algebra, Matrixberechnung und geometrischer Transformation
  • Grundkenntnisse in CAD Systemen & Simulationssoftware (z.B. Siemens NX, Vericut)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit speziell auch im Arbeiten mit virtuellen Teams
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
