YOUR TASKS

  • Rüsten von Maschine und Anlage unter Anleitung 
  • Prüfen von Teile mit prozessüblichen Messmitteln auf Beschaffenheit, Maßhaltigkeit und Vollständigkeit, ggf. Messergebnisse dokumentieren
  • Vor- und Nachbereiten der Teile für den Beschichtungsprozess beim Thermischen Beschichten (Abkleben, Maskieren, AI203 Strahlen)
  • In eingerichtete Maschinen und Anlagen die bereitgestellte Teile in die Vorrichtungen einlegen, spannen und den Maschinenablauf auslösen sowie an Handarbeitsplätzen Entgratungen durchführen
  • Verstehen und Interpretieren von Vorschriften, Arbeitsplänen sowie Zeichnungen
  • Durchführen von Allgemeine Systemeingaben auf Werkstattebene
  • Durchführen von einfacher Wartung und Instandhaltung der Werkzeuge und Anlagen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfahrungen in einem Metallberuf
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Thermisches Beschichten sind erwünscht
  • Handwerkliches, technisches Geschick sowie präzises Arbeiten wird vorausgesetzt
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zum 3-Schichtbetrieb
  • Selbständiges, flexibles und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit
