YOUR TASKS

  • Thermisches Beschichten von komplexen Triebwerksteilen mit verschiedenen Schichtsystemen
  • Selbstständiges Durchführen der unterschiedlichen Beschichtungsprozesse wie z.B. Atmosphärisches Plasma Beschichten, Lichtbogendraht-, Flamm- undHochgeschwindigkeitsflammspritzen
  • Vor- und Nachbereiten der Teile für den Beschichtungsprozess (Abkleben, Maskieren, AI203 Strahlen, Entgraten)
  • Verstehen und Interpretieren von Vorschriften, Arbeitsplänen sowie Zeichnungen
  • Prozessüberwachung und Qualitätsdokumentation
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Werkzeuge und Anlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erprobung und Einführung neuer Prozesse und Verbesserungen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Thermisches Beschichten, Bedienung von CNC-Anlagen/Robotern sind erwünscht
  • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie präzises Arbeiten wird vorausgesetzt
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zum 3-Schichtbetrieb
  • Engagement, Flexibilität sowie und sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit
