Der Bereich Repair & Inspection umfasst programmübergreifend die Durchführung der Reinigung und Rissprüfung, des Befunds, der Einzelteilreparatur sowie des Process Engineerings. Damit ist der Bereich für die Durchführung aller Tätigkeiten nach der Demontage bis zum Abschluss der Teilereparatur am Standort Berlin-Brandenburg verantwortlich.

YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführung von Befund- und Prüfarbeiten
  • Visuelle und maßliche Kontrolle von Triebwerkbauteilen und -baugruppen
  • Bewertung und Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen unter Berücksichtigung gültiger Anweisungen, Richtlinien, Vorschriften etc.
  • Erkennung und Veranlassung zusätzlicher Untersuchungen
  • Festlegung und Veranlassung notwendiger Reparaturen an Bauteilen
  • Lesen und Umsetzen der englischsprachigen Hersteller- und Kundendokumentation
  • Durchführung der Schlussprüfung

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Metallbearbeitung wie z.B. als Fluggerätmechaniker:in oder Industriemechaniker:in
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung von Bauteilen
  • Versierter Umgang mit Herstellerdokumentationen, Normen und Vorschriften sowie mit Messmitteln und Messgeräten
  • Erfahrungen in der Luftfahrtbranche oder in Instandhaltungsbetrieben sind wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
