YOUR TASKS

  • Erfassung und Kontrolle der Metadaten im PDM-Verwaltungssystem in deutscher und englischer Sprache unter Beachtung der Regeln von Dokumenterstellungen von Partnern und Kunden aller Triebwerksprojekte
  • Elektronische Bereitstellung, Verteilung und Archivierung von bestimmten Dokumentgruppen mit Hilfe vorhandener DV-Tools (PLM, Office, Intranet, Internet)
  • Bereitstellung der Produktdokumentation in digitaler und analoger Form
  • Überführung analoger/digitaler Dokumente in langfristig archivierbare Form
  • Verwaltung der Produktdokumentation
  • Durchführung aller Arbeiten zur Erhalt der Aktualität dieser Dokumente (Änderungsdienst)
  • Dokumentation des Dokumenteingangs, der Verteilung
  • Revisionssichere Archivierung der Dokumente in digitaler und/oder analoger Form unter Beachtung der Aufbewahrungsfrist > 50 Jahre

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt im IT Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Dokumentenmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Teamcenter, PLM, Datenbanken
  • Operatives Prozessverständnis und IT-Affinität
  • Grundkenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache
