  • Anlage und Definition des Kundenauftrags
  • Professionelle Kundenbetreuung mit Schwerpunkt auftragsbegleitende Kommunikation
  • Koordination der internen Firmenbereiche zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Generierung der Angebotsdaten sowie Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Rechnungsstellung sowie Bearbeitung von Warranty-Claims
  • Sicherstellung und Ausbau der Kundenzufriedenheit

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Allgemeiner Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbar
  • Eloquentes Kommunikationsvermögen sowie Diplomatie im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
