YOUR TASKS

  • Mechanische Betreuung von verketteten Bearbeitungsmaschinen und Anlagen sowie Sicherung der Verfügbarkeit
  • Fachliche Beratung der mechanischen Instandsetzung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik
  • Unterstützung bei Störbeseitigung und Dokumentation
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Prozessabläufen
  • Projektierung, Abwicklung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von technischen Änderungen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung und Koordination von Fremdfirmen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium oder Techniker im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, Service und Inbetriebnahme von automatisierten Fertigungssystemen, idealerweise mit Fokus im Bereich Anlagenmechanik
  • Vertiefende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Pneumatik/Hydraulik, Maschinengeometrie, Demontage/Montage und Konstruktion von Komponenten und Baugruppen
  • Spaß an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Schichtfähigkeit und -bereitschaft
