YOUR TASKS

Im Rahmen der allgemeinen Unterstützung des Vertriebes sind  folgende Aufgaben zu übernehmen:

  • Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten (Einzelkalkulationen und Business Cases) sowie der dafür erforderlichen technischen Grundlagen, Angebotskalkulationen und vertragsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten unter Einbeziehung der verantwortlichen Bereiche
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Angebots-, Kalkulations-, und Preisvorlagen
  • Bearbeiten eingehender Anfragen, Kundenkontakt in Abstimmung mit dem verantwortlichen Sales Manager:in
  • Erstellung und wirtschaftliches Prüfen vertraglicher Angebotsentwürfe
  • Sicherstellung von Abgabeterminen
  • Eigenständiges Einholen von Angebotsfreigaben
  • Kundendatenpflege
  • Erfassung von Marktdaten und Informationen über Wettbewerber:innen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsingenieurswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales Support oder Sales
  • Kenntnisse über Flugtriebwerke oder Flugzeugtechnik sind erwünscht
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Erste SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
