Repair Engineering Intern

Salary: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour
The Repair Engineering Intern will have a supporting role in a larger repair project and/or leading role in small and/or medium repair projects. A repair project represents the implementation of an in-house capability including cleaning, inspection and/or repair.
Internship duration: October 10th 2023 - September 27th, 2024
Your Tasks:
- Design and procurement of special equipment NX10, 3D printing, purchasing etc.
- Procurement of consumables and materials
- Consumable equivalency process CER's
- Tooling equivalence process TVR's
- Drafting technical orders TO's
- Issuing work instructions
- Provide technical support to the production departments TryOut's
- Economic analysis
- Technical feasibility studies
- Preparation of technical specification documents
- Preparation and presentation department figures
- SAP data review
Our Requirements:
- Analytic thinker
- Good communication skills
- Strong technical background
- Theoretical and hands-on knowledge
- MS Office experience using Word, Excel, and PPT
- Interest and basic knowledge of aviation industry
