Der MTU-Gesundheitsschutz vertritt das Fachgebiet „Arbeitsmedizin“ ganzheitlich und in seiner gesamten Breite. Der leitende Werksarzt  ist zur vollen Weiterbildung befugt. Schwerpunkte sind vor allem:

  • Beratung in allen Fragen des Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutzes
  • Eignungsuntersuchungen und arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorge
  • Notfallversorgung und Akutbehandlung
  • Analyse und Beurteilung der Arbeitsplätze
  • Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement
  • Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung
  • Fachliche Beratung im Gesundheitsmanagement

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Medizin
  • Approbation als Arzt/Ärztin
  • Mehrjährige klinische Erfahrung, mindestens jedoch 2 Jahre Innere Medizin bzw. Allgemeinmedizin lt. Weiterbildungsordnung
  • Interesse an präventiver Medizin und technisches Grundverständnis

Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie uns durch Ihre hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Ihr Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen. Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab.

Die Weiterbildung im Fachgebiet Arbeitsmedizin ist auch in Teilzeit möglich.

Die Beschäftigung ist zunächst für die Zeit der Weiterbildung (3 Jahre) befristet.
