Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir an unserem Standort in München eine:n Werkstudent:in mit dem Schwerpunkt Compensation & Benefits und HR Analytik/Planung.

TASKS

  • Unterstützung unseres Teams bei allen aktuellen Themen im Bereich Compensation & Benefits
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Benefits
  • Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Bewertung von Reports zu relevanten HR KPIs
  • Mitarbeit im Organisationsmanagement
  • Begleitung diverser Projekte in unserem Team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Excel
  • SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eigenständige Arbeitsweise 
  • Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
