Wir suchen Sie als Controlling Expert (all genders) – Kostenstellenrechnung (in Voll- oder Teilzeit) zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Controlling-Teams in Ludwigsfelde bei Berlin. Die Stelle kann sowohl in Voll-  als auch in Teilzeit (mind. 25 Stunden/Woche) besetzt werden.

YOUR TASKS

  • Begleitung der Kostenstellenrechnung und des Gemeinkostencontrollings
  • Mitwirkung bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in SAP CO
  • Erstellung des Monatsreportings und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen sowie Analyse und Interpretation von Plan-Ist-Vergleichen
  • Pro-aktive Beratung der Fachbereiche bei kostenrechnungs- und budgetrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung der jährlichen Kostenstellen-Budgetplanungen und der Forecasts
  • Ermittlung von Stunden- und Zuschlagssätzen für die interne Leistungsverrechnung
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten, z.B. durch die Übernahme des Projektcontrollings
  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Controlling-Prozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung der IT-Tools

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, z. B. im Finanzwesen eines Industrieunternehmens oder Budgetcontrolling
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, Basiswissen der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB
  • Hohe IT-Affinität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP (CO/FI und BW), erste Erfahrungen mit gängigen IT-Tools (z.B. Tableau) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und unternehmerischem Denken​​​​​
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
