YOUR TASKS

  • Maskieren und Abdecken von Triebwerksteilen
  • Rüsten und Einrichten von CNC-gesteuerten Strahl- und Beschichtungsanlagen
  • Aluminiumoxidstrahlen von Triebwerksteilen als Vorbereitung zum Plasmaspritzen
  • Überwachung der vorgegebenen Maschinenparameter während des gesamten Bearbeitungsprozesses
  • Verbesserungspotentiale im Rahmen von KVP aufzeigen und entsprechende Maßnahmen einleiten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf wie bspw. Oberflächenbeschichter:in oder Zerspanungsmechaniker:in
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC-gesteuerten Anlagen wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht)
