YOUR TASKS

  • Beantragung von Exportlizenzen und Ausfuhrgenehmigungen
  • Betreuung, Verwaltung und Überwachung von bestehenden Exportlizenzen und Ausfuhrgenehmigungen
  • Prüfen von Exportlizenzen, Ausfuhrgenehmigungen und Exportkontrolldokumenten inkl. der Prüfung von Vertragsklauseln
  • Pflegen der Datenbank für exportrechtliche Dokumente
  • Selbstständige und verantwortliche Beurteilung und Klassifizierung von Waren und Technologien gemäß internationaler Exportkontrollregularien (dt. Ausfuhrliste, EU-Dual-Use, EAR, ITAR)
  • Prüfung und letztinstanzliche Freigabe von Güterlieferungen mit "Ausfuhrstopp-Befugnis"
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Meldungen an externe Behörden sowie MTU-intern Erstellen und Halten von Präsentationen und Schulungen zum Thema Exportkontrolle
  • Unterstützung bei Prozessanalysen, Prozessverbesserungen und Digitalisierungsvorhaben

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium Fachgebiet Jura / Wirtschaft / Technik bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Berufsausbildung
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit, aufgaben- und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie und „das richtige Mindset“ für Export Compliance
  • Erste Kenntnisse in der Exportkontrolle wünschenswert
  • Operatives Verständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen zu Prozesse und Funktionsweisen innerbetrieblicher Organisationen und Kenntnisse zu den Fachbereichen Einkauf, Programmmanagement, Entwicklung und Technologie
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
  • Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
