YOUR TASKS

  • Konzeptionierung und Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung zollrechtlicher Prozesse und Umsetzung von IT Projekten unter Einhaltung der rechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Ermittlung von Zolltarifnummern und Dokumentation in SAP-GTS
  • Durchführung der termin- und sachgerechten Importverzollung über SAP-GTS        
  • Identifikation, Klärung und zollrechtliche Abwicklung von Sonder- und Problemfällen gemäß den einschlägigen Gesetzen und Regelungen (u.a. Unionszollkodex, Merkblätter und Dienstvorschriften Finanzverwaltung)
  • Pflege und Überwachung von zollrelevanten Stammdaten        
  • Abstimmung gegenüber den zuständigen Behörden
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit anderen Funktionsbereichen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (bevorzugt Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau) oder zollrechtliche Ausbildung im mittleren Dienst
  • Bildungsabschluss (Fach-)Hochschulreife oder Mittlere Reife
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Import-Zollabwicklung eines Industrieunternehmens von Vorteil
  • Fachwissen im einschlägigen europäischen und nationalen Recht
  • Operatives Prozessverständnis und Interesse an Projektarbeit
  • Erfahrung im Zollwertrecht wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Fließende deutsche, sowie gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und das richtige Mindset für Trade Compliance sowie Verständnis für logistische Belange
  • Exakte, selbständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
