  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der MTU S/4 HANA Finance Transformation im Controlling-Umfeld
  • Konzeptionierung und Implementierung zukünftiger Controlling-Prozesse und -Standards im Gemeinkostencontrolling und der Kostenstellenrechnung mit dem Fokus auf
    • Kostenstellen- und Kostenartenstrukturen
    • Standort- und konzerninterne Leistungsverrechnungen
    • Stunden- und Zuschlagssatzermittlung
    • Statistische Kennzahlen, Reporting und Analyse
  • Erarbeitung von Best-Practice-Ansätzen mit Fachexperten der weltweiten MTU-Finanzorganisation sowie Identifikation von Harmonisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Enge Abstimmung im Projektteam und angrenzenden Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung durchgängiger End-to-end-Prozesse und zur Erfüllung zukünftiger Reporting-Anforderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlicher Austausch mit IT-Experten von der Validierung fachlicher Spezifikationen bis zur technischen Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung und Koordination des Testmanagements während der Implementierungsphase
  • Vorbereitung von Schulungskonzepten und Durchführung von Mitarbeiter-Trainings im Zuge des System-Roll-outs

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, z.B. als SAP-Key-User in einem Industrieunternehmen oder der (IT-)Beratung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP CO / FI sowie angrenzender SAP-Module
  • Erfahrungen in SAP-Implementierungs- oder -Transformationsprojekten, z.B. im S/4HANA-Finance-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, Basiswissen der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB sowie ausgeprägtes Verständnis für ganzheitliche Werteflüsse innerhalb eines Unternehmens
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Methodenkompetenz im Projektmanagement und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
