Als technischer Projektmanager für militärische Triebwerksregelungs- und Überwachungssysteme sind Sie in einem interdisziplinären Team verantwortlich für die Leitung von Vorentwicklungs- bzw. Technologieprojekten, die später dann in eine Produktentwicklung für das Triebwerk des NGF (New Generation Fighter) im Rahmen des internationalen FCAS (Future Combat Air System) – Vorhaben übergehen.

YOUR TASKS

  • Identifikation relevanter Technologien im Bereich Elektronik, Software, Sensorik und Aktuatorik
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination der Vorentwicklungs- bzw. Technologieprojekten
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Triebwerkskonsortium
  • Führung des interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von technischen Spezifikationen, Terminen, Zielkosten und Qualitätsforderungen
  • Detaillierte Beschreibung von Arbeitspaketen in Absprache mit den leistenden Stellen (intern / extern)
  • Abwicklung externer Beauftragungen für Technologie, H/W- und S/W-Entwicklung

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Luft-und Raumfahrttechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Systemauslegung sowie der Hard- und Softwareentwicklung komplexer elektronischer Geräte, idealerweise in der Luftfahrtindustrie
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Entwicklungsstandards für sicherheitskritische Systeme in der Luftfahrt, wie z.B. DO178 / DO254
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
