Diese Stelle wird zunächst befristet für die Dauer von 12 Monaten besetzt. 

YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführung von Präparationsarbeiten für die Erstellung von metallografischen Schliffproben (Trennen der Probekörper, Einbetten, Polieren der Schliffkörper) sowie allgemeiner Arbeiten zur Probenvorbereitung für metallografische Untersuchungen
  • Erstellung von qualifizierten Gefügeabdrücken (Bauteilmetallografie/Replica) an Fertigteilen aus dem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Bedienung der Trenn-Schleif- und Polieranlagen (Teil- und Vollautomat)
  • Metallografische Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen im Rahmen der Prozesskontrolle (z.B. Beschichtungsproben, Mikrohärte)
  • Durchführung von Thermografie-, Haftzug- und Härteprüfungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erprobung und Validierung von Schleif- und Polierprogrammen mit einem Präparationsautomaten
  • Dokumentation und Protokollierung der Ergebnisse
  • Unterstützung der logistischen Auftragsarbeiten im Team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer:in oder Ausbildung in der Metallbearbeitung mit entsprechender mehrjähriger praktischer Erfahrung im Bereich der Metallografie oder Werkstoffprüfung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von Mikroskopie- und Bildauswertungssystemen
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Aktive Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Englischkenntnisse zur Anwendung internationaler Spezifikationen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP-R3 sowie MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
