Logistic Transportation Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Central contact for our customers from the aviation industry, logistics service providers and internal departments
  • Handling, controlling and monitoring of customs and export procedures for the air freight and truck traffic sectors
  • Managing of engines and materials depends on the specifications from sales/customer in accordance with the present export guidelines
  • Compilation of all documents for the delivery of the products, including the examination of all export permits and letters of credit
  • Preparing and recording of documents and data for the authorities and internal departments
  • Recording and maintaining of customer master data
  • Calculation of different freight costs
  • Further development of export control law processes together with the department

Your experience and qualification:

  • Successfully completed training as a Management Assistant in Freight Forwarding, export merchant or an equivalent work experience
  • Relevant professional experience in transport, customs and export processing
  • Experience in handling an ERP system such as SAP/GTS
  • Experienced handling of MS Office
  • Excellent English, good knowledge of German desirable
