Wir brauchen Ihr Engagement und Ihre Veränderungskompetenz im kaufmännischen Programmgeschäft.
Zusammen mit der Programmleitung für Flugzeug Antriebe stellen Sie mit Ihrem Team, den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg sicher und vertreten die Interessen der MTU in internationalen Joint Ventures und Arbeitsgruppen.

YOUR TASKS

  • Fachliche und Disziplinarische Führung eines Teams (all genders) inkl. kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Unterstützung der Programmleitung bei der kommerziellen Steuerung des Geschäftes und strategischen Entscheidungsfindungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Programmstrategien im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld inkl. Kalkulation und Präsentation von Business Cases
  • Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie Kommunikation ggü. den Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • Kaufmännisches Risikomanagement, v.a. in der Vorbereitung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von kurz-, mittel- und langfristiger Finanzplanung sowie Analyse und Kommentierung des lfd. Reportings zur Unterstützung der Zielerreichung
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Controllingprozessen, -instrumenten und –systemen inkl. Mitarbeit bei Transformationsinitiativen im Finanzbereich

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung)
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und eine hohe IT-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Überzeugungskraft und Umsetzungsstärke
