Werkstudent Projektmanagement Operations (all genders)

TASKS

  • Mitarbeit im standortweiten Projekt zur strategischen Neuausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktion (Demontage, Montage, Teststand)
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren Projekten und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Vor- und Nachbearbeitung)
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung beim Shopfloor Management
  • Analyse und Optimierung von bestehenden Prozessen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern (Engineering, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung, Programm, etc.)
  • Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Daten und Kennzahlen

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studium im Bereich  Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten insbesondere Excel, VBA Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Engagement sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Präsentationskompetenz
