YOUR TASKS

Innerhalb eines interdisziplinären Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für den weltweiten Einkauf von Strukturguss Roh- und Fertigteilen. Im Einzelnen beinhaltet dies:

  • Durchführung weltweiter Beschaffungsmarktanalysen, Global Sourcing und systematisches Supplier Management im In- und Ausland
  • Auswahl, Beurteilung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Service, Innovationsfähigkeit und Preis
  • Bewertung der Chancen und Risiken von technologischen und ökonomischen Entwicklungen der Beschaffungsmärkte
  • Eigenständiges Verhandeln und Abschließen von Langzeitverträgen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung der Bauteile und Unterstützung bei der Koordination sowie ggf. Änderung der logistischen Abläufe
  • Einschätzung von technischen und organisatorischen Produktionsmöglichkeiten unter Zugrundelegung der geforderten Qualität
  • Eigenständige Bewertung von konstruktiven Alternativen und Sicherstellung der planmäßigen Einführung
  • Vertretung des Einkaufs in der IP3E-Teamstruktur
  • Organisation und Leitung von Projekten (inkl. Verbesserungsworkshops mit Lieferanten) sowie Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Einkauf ist von Vorteil
  • Hohes technisches Interesse
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit DV-gestützten Materialwirtschaftssystemen, vorzugsweise SAP S/4 Modul MM
  • Gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist, analytisches Denkvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
