Als Systemingenieur:in MBSE (Model Based Systems Engineering) sind Sie mit verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und die Implementierung von modellbasiertem Systems Engineering in der Entwicklung von sicherheitskritischen Luftfahrt-Antrieben. Sie arbeiten an praktischen Lösungen zur Umsetzung von (MB)SE Methoden in der Antriebsentwicklung konkreter Projekte und begleiten entsprechende Veränderungsprozesse im produktiven Umfeld.

YOUR TASKS

  • Sie entwickeln Prozesse als Teil einer übergeordneten Model Based Systems Engineering Strategie mit Ihren Kolleg:innen im Team weiter
  • Sie bringen sich aktiv als Systemingenieur:in in konkreten Entwicklungsprojekten unter Anwendung modellbasierter Systems Engineering Methoden ein
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung und dem Customizing der entsprechenden Engineering Tools (z.B. Erstellung firmenspezifischer Modellierungsstandards)
  • Sie beraten, coachen und schulen zu Systemengineering Prozess- und Toolthemen
  • Sie begleiten Veränderungsprozesse

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (TU) der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Elektrotechnik, Physik bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung oder gleichwertige durch langjährige Berufserfahrung erworbene Kenntnisse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im modellbasierten Systems Engineering
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung relevanter Entwicklungswerkzeuge (z.B. Cameo Systems Modeler oder ähnlich)
  • Wünschenswert: Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von modellbasierten Systems Engineering für zulassungsbeschränkte Systeme in Übereinstimmung mit relevanten Luftfahrtnormen (z. B. ARP4754/4761)
  • Abstraktionsvermögen und systemisches Denken
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Fundierte Englischkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams
