Customer Support Intern

Salary:  $19.50 - $25.00 per hour

The Customer Support Intern performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the Customer Support Department. Typical duties include; ensuring that customer requirements are met and invoices are prepared on time, customers (internal and external) communication is effective, and providing administrative support where needed.

Your Tasks:

Customer Contract Handling Guides

  • Transferring the information on how to maximize the profitability of a contract through understanding of what is in the business case to how MTU should quote and invoice customer.

Expanding Cross-selling function in SAP

  • Creating the customer contracts in SAP, working with Hannover IT to get specific customer pricing put into SAP for quick, accurate quoting.

Maintain customer accounts by using engine trackers in excel

Our Requirements:

  • Currently in their 3rd or 4rd year, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or similar program
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Continuous improvement and LEAN thinking
