YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführen von Importzollanmeldungen und ergänzenden Zollanmeldungen gemäß Unionszollkodex (UZK) und gültiger Bewilligungen
  • Fristüberwachung der Wareneingänge und eigenständiges Einleiten von Maßnahmen bei Sonder- und/oder Problemfällen
  • Fristüberwachung im Zollverfahren "Aktive Veredelung"
  • Quartalsabrechnung der aktiven Veredelung
  • Prüfung der Einfuhrabgabenbescheide
  • Verwaltung des Zolllagers sowie Absenden der behördlichen Meldung bei Zu- bzw. Abgang
  • Erstellen von Intrastat-Meldungen für das statistische Bundesamt
  • Bearbeitung von Nichterledigungen im Versandverfahren
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
  • Sicherstellen der Schnittstellenkommunikation zwischen externen Partnern (Zoll, Behörden, Logistikdienstleister) und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Mitwirken bei Zoll-Projekten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Zoll / Außenhandel / Spedition
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Zollbearbeitung wünschenswert
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, SAP / GTS
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung des EDV-Systems ATLAS
