YOUR TASKS

  • Erstellung von detaillierten Konzepten, Arbeitsplänen und Arbeitsunterlagen für die Fertigung von Turbinenschaufeln und Strukturbauteilen
  • Kontrolle von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminzielen
  • Einführung und Betreuung hochmoderner, automatisierter Fertigungssysteme und neuer Fertigungsverfahren
  • Erhaltung und Optimierung konventioneller Fertigungssysteme
  • Auslegung und Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Mitwirkung in bzw. Leitung von interdisziplinären Teams und Wahrnehmung von Projektaufgaben
  • Analyse von Produktionsabweichungen sowie Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Ausarbeitung und Einführung von Rationalisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Abstimmung und Durchführung von Zulassungsaufgaben
  • Erstellung von NC-Programmen

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studium (BA/FH, Uni) der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung 
  • Erfahrung mit mechanischen Fertigungsprozessen, in Klebe- und Strahltechnik sowie in der Automation
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitsvorbereitung und Projektmanagement
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP, CAQ- und CAD-Systemen (Siemens NX)
  • NC-Kenntnisse Steuerungen: Sinumerik 840D sl, KRC4 oder IRC5 Standard
  • Methodenkompetenz, analytisches Arbeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • ausgeprägte Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
  • fließende englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • gute Team-, Konfliktlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
